Darci is passionate about helping people their confidence in the workplace, earn more money, and be in a career they love! She is an MBA graduate, washed up D1 soccer player, and a huge animal lover! After completing her education, she worked for a corporate company as a hiring manager where she conducted interviews and trained on best hiring practices. 

In 2017 she took those valuable skills and transitioned her career into recruiting and career coaching full time. She is now the Owner of Roklyn Consulting, a boutique wealth management recruiting firm. She also offers affordable mini career courses.
